CINO
IN THE
MAKING
Becoming a future CINO
Maybe just a Colleague Innovation-Obsessed, maybe a future Chief Innovation Officer.
Only the future will tell.

INNOVATE
Innovation is a constantly
evolving space with a lot
of building pieces and
moving dynamics. I’m
learning about it so I’ll be
aware of how to best
think about, design,
implement and create
value out of it as a CINO,
in any organization.
GROW
Growing businesses and
growing professionally
are both essential to
becoming a successful
CINO. I’m learning about
both so, on one hand, I’m
able to test and scale any
product or service, and
develop the skills I must
master on the other.
The right leadership is essential for inspiring innovation across any organization. I’m learning about it so I can become the best possible leader and enable myself to foster cultures that are safe and fruitful spaces to innovate, as a CINO.
LEAD
Background
I’m Sara and I’ve been working in and with startups, entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation for several years, in a variety of organizations, industries, and countries - from entrepreneur-in-residence to founder, from Research & Innovation at the European Commission to the startups team at Amazon Web Services. Currently as a global innovation digital product and brand manager at P&G. During this journey, I’ve been trying to develop myself into the most complete and valuable professional asset I could possibly be in that space. I’ve read dozens of books, listened to hundreds of podcasts, participated in multiple events, and exchanged ideas with many field experts, trying to build the toolkit that would enable me to become that asset. Now, besides feeding that toolkit, I’m sharing it on the way.
I might never stop being just the Colleague Innovation-Obsessed, but I’m trying to make it to Chief Innovation Officer one day.
